Sardine Salad

Hi everyone, Just want to share with you today my Sardine Salad. It can be a healthy snack or you can have it with a french baguette for lunch that's delicious too.

It's very easy and don't need much things to prepare.


what you need is
1 tin Sardine in sunflower oil
2 fresh tomatoes chopper's
2 chilli (if you like)
coriander fresh
spring onions
1/2 onions
salt and pepper to taste

1. put the Sardine in a bowl, prepare you salsa and stir in the sardine and your ready with an easy and delicious SARDINE salad.

Bacon Joint in tomato sauce and kidney beans

Hi everyone, I was away for a few days just to relax from this busy life. am back with a delicious and different menu today.

today am going to share my kidney bean and Bacon joint in tomato sauce.




Kidney bouillon

ingredient
1 large onions finely cut
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 brunch of thyme's
6 tomatoes finely chopped
fresh parsley
fresh coriander
2x400g of can kidney beans
1 vegetables stock


1.heat a non stick frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
add the tomato,thyme, parsley,and the coriander continue to cook until tomato's as soften then add the vegetables cube. after a few second pour in the 2x400g can kidney beans. pour 400ml water let it boil until reduce.



Bacon Joint in tomato sauce

1x Bacon joint (ready cook) if made from fresh meat, cook the meat until brown then follow the intrusction.

1x400g can chopped tomato
spring onion
fresh thyme's
fresh parsley
fresh coriander
chili (if you like)
1 large onion, finely dice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1. heat a non stick pan, fry the onions and garlic until soft, add the tomatoes,thyme,Presley,and coriander, continue to cook until tomatoes as cook, after a few second add the Bacon joint let it cook for a min or two.

2. garnish with fresh spring onion
can be serve with rice and tomato salsa,

My omelet.

My omelet with tomato,onions, chili,and spring onions.

I love to have this as a lunch or a quick dinner, and my hubby like this as a snack.
am not really a good cooker or wanted to become a chef, I like share my food idea so people can be adventures with different kind of food, if you have any food you like to share I'll be lovely to try different food.

when I first met my hubby I didn't know how to cook, always mum was here to help. so I learn on my own and look at recipe until my cooking was improve. I was thinking it will be hard for me to cook for my family, but now am cooking almost everyday.
